The model applies a country and catering-type range, a rounded city multiplier and the selected budget level, then adds only the optional categories you choose.
Country baselines and city adjustments
Germany, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia are included. Other city uses the national planning average; named cities use understandable multipliers from 0.95 to 1.15.

Low, typical and high values communicate provider, menu and service variation. A single precise value would imply accuracy that static planning data cannot provide.
